{"id":2392,"date":"2024-10-17T10:00:07","date_gmt":"2024-10-17T13:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/10.10.50.51\/?p=2392"},"modified":"2025-06-16T17:59:47","modified_gmt":"2025-06-16T20:59:47","slug":"subdirectora-de-innovacion-del-cens-expone-sobre-la-seguridad-del-paciente-en-el-hms","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hms.cl\/index.php\/2024\/10\/17\/subdirectora-de-innovacion-del-cens-expone-sobre-la-seguridad-del-paciente-en-el-hms\/","title":{"rendered":"SUBDIRECTORA DE INNOVACI\u00d3N DEL CENS EXPONE SOBRE LA SEGURIDAD DEL PACIENTE EN EL HMS"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"2392\" class=\"elementor elementor-2392\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-183502d2 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"183502d2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-64517025 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"64517025\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">SUBDIRECTORA DE INNOVACI\u00d3N DEL CENS EXPONE SOBRE LA SEGURIDAD DEL PACIENTE EN EL HMS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e5a9533 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"3e5a9533\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-75053053 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"75053053\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4824a346 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4824a346\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En el Auditorio del Hospital Militar de Santiago (HMS) se realiz\u00f3 la ceremonia de conmemoraci\u00f3n del\u00a0<strong>D\u00eda Mundial de la Seguridad del Paciente<\/strong>, actividad fue presidida por el Director del HMS, General de Brigada Francisco Silva Ter\u00e1n, quien estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por los Directores del hospital y diversos colaboradores que se hicieron presentes.<\/p><p>Como parte de la ceremonia estuvo la exposici\u00f3n de Alejandra Garc\u00eda Acevedo, Tecn\u00f3logo M\u00e9dico y Subdirectora de Innovaci\u00f3n del Centro Nacional en Sistemas de Informaci\u00f3n en Salud (CENS), quien revel\u00f3 -seg\u00fan cifras mundiales- que\u00a0<strong>1 de cada 10 pacientes sufre alg\u00fan efecto adverso durante una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y son m\u00e1s de 3 millones de personas<\/strong>\u00a0las que, anualmente, fallecen a consecuencia de esto.<\/p><p>Ante esta realidad, explic\u00f3 la profesional, el 2021\u00a0<strong>la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial para la Salud (OMS) lanz\u00f3 el \u201cPlan de Acci\u00f3n Mundial para la Seguridad del Paciente 2021-2030:<\/strong>\u00a0Hacia la eliminaci\u00f3n de los da\u00f1os evitables en la atenci\u00f3n de salud\u201d, que aborda no s\u00f3lo la mirada m\u00e9dica, sino tambi\u00e9n los procesos y personas involucradas en asegurar la atenci\u00f3n del paciente.<\/p><p>Este\u00a0<strong>plan compuesto por 7 objetivos<\/strong>, apunta en muchos de ellos al uso de tecnolog\u00edas, \u201cpor lo tanto, debemos pensar en una salud con una mirada m\u00e1s colaborativa, que involucra tanto a las personas, los datos, los procesos y la tecnolog\u00eda\u201d, agreg\u00f3. Aqu\u00ed es donde entra en juego la innovaci\u00f3n, enfatiz\u00f3 Garc\u00eda, para generar cambios que agreguen valor a los servicios que entrega la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Una vez finalizada la presentaci\u00f3n, el General Silva hizo entrega de un reconocimiento a Alejandra Garc\u00eda y aprovech\u00f3 la ocasi\u00f3n para comentar que hoy se est\u00e1n viviendo varios cambios en el HMS, como el reemplazo \u201cpr\u00e1cticamente de todos los elementos tecnol\u00f3gicos de im\u00e1genes, pabellones, unidades cr\u00edticas y sistema industrial;\u00a0<strong>estamos en medio del proceso de Acreditaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, y en pocas semanas vamos a dar un salto tecnol\u00f3gico con el upgrade de nuestro sistema TrakCare\u2026 estamos en un momento muy importante, de poder hacer las cosas mejores e innovar en cada uno de nuestros lugares de trabajo, en beneficio de nuestros pacientes, que son los que depositan toda su confianza en que nosotros\u201d.<\/p><p>A continuaci\u00f3n, y como una forma de destacar los resultados obtenidos durante el\u00a0<strong>Ejercicio de Autoevaluaci\u00f3n 2024 realizado en el HMS<\/strong>, la Direcci\u00f3n General reconoci\u00f3 a tres Servicios que mejoraron significativamente en comparaci\u00f3n a la evaluaci\u00f3n anterior. Fue as\u00ed que el General Silva hizo entrega de un diploma a la\u00a0<strong>Jefa del Departamento de Farmacia, Cecilia Parra Huerta; a la Jefa del Servicio de Esterilizaci\u00f3n,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Patricia Guti\u00e9rrez Alegr\u00eda; y a la Jefa del Banco de Sangre, Alexandra C\u00e1rcamo Navarro.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u201cTodos los servicios se han puesto la camiseta<\/strong>\u00a0y han dado lo mejor para ir cumpliendo de mejor forma nuestras brechas, que nos recuerdan las tareas que tenemos pendientes\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 el Director del
