observaciones de nuestros pacientes y usuarios para as\u00ed mejorar en la atenci\u00f3n, funcionamiento y servicios que se entregan a diario a la comunidad.<\/p><p>De manera f\u00e1cil y simple puedes hacernos llegar tus comentarios completando el Formulario disponible en nuestra p\u00e1gina\u00a0<a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hms.cl\/\">www.hms.cl<\/a>\u00a0(Pincha\u00a0<a
