N\u00b0 21.168 sobre la atenci\u00f3n preferente establece que toda persona mayor de 60 a\u00f1os, como tambi\u00e9n toda persona en situaci\u00f3n de discapacidad, tendr\u00e1 derecho a ser atendida preferente y oportunamente por cualquier prestador de acciones de salud (sistema p\u00fablico y privado), con el fin de facilitar su acceso a dichas acciones, sin perjuicio de la priorizaci\u00f3n que corresponda aplicar seg\u00fan la condici\u00f3n de salud de emergencia o urgencia de los pacientes, de acuerdo al protocolo respectivo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-40a873b e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"40a873b\" ser atendidos<\/li><li>Ser atendidos en servicios de urgencias<\/li><li>Interconsultas para especialistas<\/li><li>Emisi\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n y entrega de medicamentos en farmacia<\/li><li>Solicitar el d\u00eda y hora para la toma de ex\u00e1menes y
